Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 15 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Marbella Web Studio website and the services we provide. By using this site or engaging us, you agree to them.
Using this website
You may browse and use this website for lawful, personal, and business purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in a way that infringes the rights of others.
Our services
Marbella Web Studio provides web design, development, e-commerce, mobile application, and AI-integration services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms where they differ.
Quotes and payment
Estimates and proposals are valid for the period stated within them. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, project work begins after acceptance of a proposal, and invoices are payable within the terms stated on each invoice.
Intellectual property
On full payment for an engagement, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, except for third-party components, open-source libraries, and our own pre-existing tools and frameworks, which remain licensed rather than sold. Content, logos, and materials on this website remain the property of Marbella Web Studio or its licensors.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any content or assets required for your project, and for ensuring you hold the rights to any materials you supply to us.
Limitation of liability
The website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marbella Web Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.
